Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a repulAr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of

RESOLUTION N0, 77-384 I
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MOEN & PENTILLA FOR THE 1976 AUDIT
WHEREAS, the accounting firm of Moen & Pentilla has prepared an Audit for the
City of Plymouth for the year 1976 which Audit includes all City funds, and
WHEREAS, Moen & Pentilla have submitted their bill for said Audit in the amount
of $14,173.55, and
WHEREAS, this unqualified Audit has been accepted by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City pay to the firm of Moen & Pentilla the
sum of $14,173.55 to be charged to the following funds in the amounts
indicated:
General Fund
$4,982.00
Water Fund
1,403.00
Sewer Fund
1,403.00
Construction Fund
231.55
MSA Fund
232.00
Special Assessment Fund
5,922.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor there -o -7 -Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
