CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was T on the 151th day of
August , 19 77 . The following members were present:
Ma or Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.77.-383
ACCEPTING 1976 FINANCIAL REPORT AND AUDIT
WHEREAS, this Council has received and reviewed the 1976 Financial Report
prepared by the Finance Director and the Audit of said report prepared by
Moen & Pentilla, dated June 1, 1977, and
WHEREAS, the firm of Moen & Pentilla has issued an unqualified opinion
as to the results of their audit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Financial Report prepared by the City's
Finance Director and the Audit of said report as prepared by Moen &
Pentilla be and the same are hereby approved.
the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and
Spaeth
The following votedagainst or abstained: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
