Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Ntimesota was held—on the
15th day of August , 19 77. 'the following members were
Present: MAvor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-382
APPROVING ON -SALE NONINTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
TO MC QUAY-PERFEX TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH
"MUSIC IN PLYMOUTH"
WHEREAS, an application for an On -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor License has
been received from Jeff Misik on behalf of McQuay-Perfex, 13600 Industrial
Park Boulevard, pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with "Music in Plymouth"
on August 17, 1977:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that an On -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor License is hereby approved
for Jeff Misik representing McQuay-Perfex, 13600 Industrial Park Boulevard,
for August 17. 1977 in conjunction with "Music in Plymouth".
FURTHER, that the license fee be waived.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following Voted in favor ereof: Major Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
