Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,esota was on the
15th day of August , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 376
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR STREET LIGHTING
PALMER CREEK ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was submitted for street lighting by the owner (Arnold
Palmer) of Palmer Creek Estates 2nd Addition, and
WHEREAS, Arnold Palmer is the owner of 100% of the aforementioned property,
and,therefore, the petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners affected thereby, this Resolution is made in conformity
to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer
and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C unci Man Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
