Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Numesota was hold on the
1st day of August , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION 1177-375
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RECORDING OF LOT DIVISION•FOR DILLARD M. HEHR
WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY (A-751)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Dillard M. Hehr by. Resolution
No. 77-374;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Owner of Parcel A to move present garage onto Parcel A so that a minimum of 10 ft.
side yard is created.
2. Owner of Property to pay $150 to Park Dedication Fund for newly created lot.
3. Owner of property to provide easement as requested by Engineering Department.
4. Connection charges for utilities shall be collected at the time of issuing
-building permits.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by �Cquncilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
