Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was Keld on the
lst day of August , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde-men Hunt. Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-374
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR DILLARD M..HEHR (A-751)
WHEREAS, Dillard M. Hehr has requested a lot division of existing platted parcels
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the following special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 44640 Parcel 4810 Lots 1, 2 and 3 Block 7 Sunset Acres Addition
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
Lot 1 and the north 25 ft. of Lot 2, Block 7, Sunset Acres Addition.
Parcel B
Lot 3 and the south 25 ft. of Lot 2, Block 7, Sunset Acres Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ouncilmjn S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fallowing voted i favor— thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
