FURTHER, that the City Manager inform the Metropolitan Council that Systems Statement matters to which Plymouth submits disagreement are as follow: A. Reference in the Systems Statement for Plymouth to comprehensive plan cor;tent expected of the City of Medicine Lake for reason that said reference implies responsibility upon Plymouth for comprehensive plan performance by a separate sovereign municipality. B. Reference on page 2 of said Systems Statement to a "regional share" of "need for low and moderate income housing" in that said reference appears to imply acceptance of the goals contained in Table II of A "Fair Share" Plan: Subsidized Housing Allocatiion in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. pec ice y,ymout finds the 10 year goal of 2,486 subsidized housing units contained therein infeasible and unrealistic within the context of the estimated increase in dwelling units of 5,500 interpolated from Table I of the Systems Statement for the same time period.
