The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Zoun� n Hun% Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were sent: None kkk kkk kkk Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-370 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS, PROJECT NO. 702 - 23RD AVENUE NORTH UTILITIES WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted the 7th day of March, 1977, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 23rd Avenue from 700 feet east of Niagara Lane to a point approximately 1200 feet east thereof or to Fernbrook Lane by the installation of 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances, WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 18th day of April, 1977 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and WITNESSETH, the City Engineer was directed to negotiate with the Minnesota Department of Transportation relative to determining the amount of their participation for said project, AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the City shall continue negotiations with the Minnesota Department of Transportation to determine their participation in the street and water portions of the project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The storm sewer portion of improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 7, 1977. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as' the Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owuig vote in favor ereof: Moor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, __ . d and Sbaeth IM rviivwing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass pte . kkk kkk kkk
