Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, saecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was— held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77368
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 605
STANDPIPE WATER TANK
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1, in the amount of $98,550.00 to Brown Minneapolis Tank Co.
for Project No. 605 - Standpipe Water Tank.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by fpunc,_ilman Neils_ and upon vote being taken thereon, the
