The followingmembers were present: Mayor Ai *e' Councilmen Huffr, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following rs were sent: one Ma or Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION NO. 77- 367 USE OF MINNESOTA STATE AID FUNDS PROJECT NO. 612 LARCH LANE PROJECT NO. 706 49TH AVE. NORTH WHEREAS, the City Council awarded the contract for the above referenced improvements to Bury and Carlson, Inc. on July 25, 1977, Resolution No.77-366, and WHEREAS, becuase of Minnesota State Aid requirements, it is necessary to construct 49th Avenue at this time to a design section beyond the requirements originally contemplated to be assessed to the abutting property owners, and WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of proceeding with the project at this time, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the additional cost outlined in the Engineer's Memo No. 77-247, dated July 21, 1977 in the amount of approximately $27,000.00 shall be financed from the Minnesota State Aid account for Project No. 706, 49th Avenue North. The motion for the adaption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor ereof: mayor Hilde.
