CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special -seeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,—was held on at11h day of

The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-366
ACCEPTING BID FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 612 LARCH LANE
PROJECT NO. 706 49TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of:
1. Project No. 612 - Larch Lane from 45th Avenue North to the Soo Line Railroad
Tracks by the construction of a 7 -ton design interim section with all
necessary appurtenances,
2. Project No. 706 - 49th Avenue North east from Larch Lane by the construction
of a 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer,
watermain and storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances.
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Bury b Carlson, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.

1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Bury & Carlson, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota for
the following improvements:
Project No. 612
Larch Lane from 45th Avenue North to the Soo Line Railroad Tracks by the
construction of a 7 -ton design interim section with all necessary appurtenances;
Project No. 706
49th Avenue North east from Larch Lane by the construction of a 9 -ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain
and storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances;
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City
Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
