CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant -to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e day of
July 25 , 19 77 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 365
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
COMBINED PROJECT 704 KREATZ HIGHVIEW ACRES 6TH ADDN.
AND PROJECT NO. 705 QUEENSLAND/GREENDALE AREA FOR
PURPOSES OF BIDDING AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the following Resolution passed by the Council:
1. Project No. 704 Kreatz Highview Acres 6th Addition - Resolution No.
77-133, adopted on March 21, 1977, and
2. Project No. 705 Queensland/Greendale Area - Resolution No. 77-194,
adopted on April 18, 1977,
the consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates has prepared
plans and specifications for the following improvements:
1. Project No. 704 - Fountain Lane from 18th Avenue to the cul-de-sac
approximately 625 feet north thereof and from Dunkirk Lane to Fountain
Lane at 19th Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
bituminous street restoration and all necessary appurtenances.
2. Project No. 705 - Queensland/Greendale Area. Queensland Lane from
6th Avenue to the City limits and the Greendale Addition including
Second Avenue North and Third Avenue to the Luce Line Tratl and south-
westerly along the Luce Line Trail to Queensland Lane by the install-
ation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous street restoration and
all necessary appurtenances,
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are herby approved as follows:

a. Project No. 704 - Sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous street
restoration and all necessary appurtenances,
b. Project No. 705 - Sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous street
restoration and all necessary appurtenances.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifi-
cations. The advertisement shall be published for three days, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received
by the Clerk until 10:00 a.m. C.D.S.T. on Friday, August 19 1977,
at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers
of the City at 13900 23rd Avenue North by the City Manager and City
Engineer and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 p.m. on
August 22, 1977 in the Council Chambers, and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied
by cash desposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check
payable to the Clerk for five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibol and SDaeth
