Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
25th day of July , 191L. The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and wva
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-364
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING MISSION HILLS PARK 3RD ADDITION,
SHILOH 2ND ADDITION AND FERNDALE NORTH 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 20, 1977, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the i rovement of the
Mission Hills Park 3rd Addition, Shiloh 2nd Addition and Ferndale North 2nd
Addition by the installation of ornamenkal residential street lights and this
report was received by the Council on July 25, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1.- The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted June 20, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this imsproveamsnt.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern Stag
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being tabes thereon, the
following voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
apd Soasta
