CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Winnesota was held on the
25th day of July 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-363
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR RAUENHORST CORP. (A-749)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Rauenhorst Corporation by
Resolution #77- 362;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Private drive access to Parcel A shall be from 28th Avenue North only.
2. Written drainage and utility easement to the City for 10 ft. on both sides of the
Tract A and B shared property line.
3. New utility stubs to Tract A shall be installed at owner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
