Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, KSWota was hold on the

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-361
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR PAUL AND JERA BARTHOL (A-742)
WHEREAS, Paul and Jera Barthol have requested a conditional use permit to operate
a rubber stamp business from their home at 1205 Peony Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed their request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Paul and Jera
Barthol for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate a rubber
stamp business from their hone at 1205 Peony Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. No outside signs on the property advertising the rubber stamp making business.
2. Permit be for one year.
3. 'No additional employees outside of members of the petitioners' family.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byuncilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol1iwing Voted in Ta f: mor Hilde_ Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
The vot against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
