APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OPERATION IN B-3 ZONING DISTRICT FOR HOME -KO
OUTLET STORE, INC. (A-453)
WHEREAS, Home -KO Outlet Store, Inc. has requested a conditional use permit to operate
their store in a B-3 zoning district, specifically at 11120 Highway 55 in the Wheel
Goods Center Building;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Home -KO Outlet
Store, Inc. for a conditional use permit to operate their store in a B-3 zoning district
specifically at 11120 Highway 55 in the Wheel Goods Center Building, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Permit be for one year.
2. Outside sales, storage of merchandise, waste and waste containers shall be
prohibited.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
