Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77-359
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN FOR NORFAB (RAUENHORST CORP.) (A-736)
WHEREAS, Norfab (Rauenhorst Corp.) has requested a conditional use permit and site
plan approval for a 27,839 sq. ft. structure for fabrication, office and warehouse
uses to be located in the northwest quadrant of Niagara Lane and 27th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Norfab (Rauen-
horst Corp.) for a conditional use permit and site plan approval for a 27,839 sq.
ft. structure for fabrication, office and warehouse uses to be located in the northwest
quadrant of Niagara Lane and 27th Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
1. Payment of Park Dedication Fee of $1,370 prior to building permit issuance.
2. 'Prohibition of outside storage of waste, waste containers and materials.
3. Site plan performance security as per Zoning Ordinance requirements for 18 months.
4. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding this.
project.
5. A fire lane along the rear of the building and an additional fire hydrant midway
along the east property line.
6. All areas disturbed by construction shall be seeded or sodded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foe owing voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
the sollowing votea against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
