Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a'special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was ineia on the
25th day of July- , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunf; Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ption:
RESOLUTION N77-358
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR NEW HORIZONS DAY CARE SCHOOL AT NE CORNER OF NIAGARA LANE
AND COUNTY ROAD 6 (A-590)
WHEREAS, New Horizons Day Care School has requested site plan approval fir their
property located at the northeast corner of Niagara Lane and County Road 6 (Old
Parkers' Lake Baptist Church);
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of the New Horizons
Day Care School for site plan approval for their property located at the northeast
corner of Niagara Lane and County Road 6 (Old Parkers' Lake Baptist Church) subject
to the following conditions:
1. Elimination of the driveway off Minnesota Lane and installation of a turn -around
drop-off area to the west of the building with access from the driveway on
County Road 6.
2. The hard surfacing of all parking lots and driveways.
3. The provision of a landscape and parking lot bond to be furnished by petitioner
to the City prior to building permit issuance.
4. Approval of the building relative to fire safety regulations by the City Fire
Marshall.
5. Written easement for 27 ft. additional right-of-way for County Road 6 be
given to the City prior to building permit issuance. ,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol awuig voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
