Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasfteg—on the
11th day of July _ , 1977 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its MRion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-354
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 for the Electrical Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg
Bergquist Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make
payment on request for Payment No. 3 Electrical Contractor in the amount
of $2,408.00 to Conservation Systems, Inc. for the Fire Station No. 2
Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
