Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, special meeting of

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-353
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 for the Mechanical Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg
Bergquest Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make
payment on request for Payment No. 3 Mechanical Contractor in the amount
of $13,233.15 to J. McClure Kelly Company for the Fire Station No. 2
Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upcm vote being taken thereon, the
r0110Klng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth
owing voted against or abstained;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
