Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved a
its ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-352

AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 for the General Contractor for the
Fire Station No. 2 project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg Bergquist
Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make
payment on request for Payment No. 3 General Contractor in the amount of
$35,706.00 to W. H. Cates Construction Company for the Fire Station No. 2
Building Project No. 608.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following votedin favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, teibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
