RESOLUTION NO. 77- 351
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2
1977 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
BASS LAKE AREA - STREET PORTION
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2, in the amount of $157,547.07 to N.D.H. Inc. for Project
1977 Street Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byCouncilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote uu awr ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils, Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
