Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 350
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
PROJELr NO. 116 PINETREE POND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request
No. 4 in the amount of $5,098.68 to Beatson & Kelly Contractors, Inc. for
Project No. 116 Pinetree Pond Storm Sewer Improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owuug vote in av�or ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth
