Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was held on the
11th day of Jul , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its on:

SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR EDWARD
JURVAKAINEN (A-747)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Edward Jurvakainen by
Resolution 1177- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the -following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Dedication by easement of 7 ft. additional right-of-way (to a total of 40 ft.
from centerline) along County Road 15 frontage.
2. Payment of Park Dedication Fee of $150 for the newly created lot.
3. Removal of existing structure straddling property line.
4. All new sewer and water connections to be at petitioner's expense.
5. Proof of recorded perpetual easement for access and utilities across Plat 44680
Parcel 5800.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owang Voted 3n favorthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
