Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. ss -,cial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, u�nM" esota wasi—Feld on the
11th day of July , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor H'iTae, Lounci menrNeiTs, Seibold and Spaeth
The following mwbers were sent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-347
APPROVING LU' DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR EDWARD JURVAKAINEN (A-747)
WHEREAS, Edward Jurvakainen has requested a lot division of his platted property
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the following lot division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 44680 Parcel 6000 Lot 2 Block 3 Wilshire Gardens Addition
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 2, Block 3, WILSHIRE GARDENS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA, lying
northerly of the following described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of said
Lot 2; thence north, along the east line of said Lot 2, a distance of 149.82 feet
to the beginning of the line to be described; thence deflecting westerly 90 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds to the west line of said Lot 2 and there said line terminating._
Parcel B
That part of Lot 2, Block 3, WILSHIRE GARDENS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA, lying
southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of said
Lot 2; thence north, along the east line of said Lot 2, a distance of 149.82 feet
to the beginning of the line to be described; thence deflecting westerly 90 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds to the west line of said Lot 2 and there said line terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
fbll voted in favor Ri f: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, 1eibold
