APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DAY CARE CENTER FOR ST. MARY'S OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC
CHURCH (KATHLEEN DAYTON) (A-503)
WHEREAS, Kathleen Dayton, on behalf of St. Mary's of the Lake Catholic Church, has
requested a conditional use permit to operate a day care center from rooms 207 and 208
of the school of St. Mary's of the Lake Catholic Church located in the southwest
quadrant of Forestview Lane and 3rd Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Kathleen Dayton
on behalf of St. Mary's of the Lake Catholic Church for a conditional use permit to
operate a day care center from rooms 207 and 208 of the school of St. Mary's of the
Lake Catholic Church located in the southwest quadrant of Forestview Lane and 3rd
Avenue North subject to the following conditions:
Permit be for one year.
2. Receipt of appropriate State license.
3. Facility be limited to 34 children.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon the
