SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "WESTMINSTER ADDITION"
FOR B -T LAND COMPANY (A-717)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Westminster Addition" as requested by B -T Land Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
1. Adjustment of plat to reflect street names of Rosewood Lane, Oakview Lane
and Norwood Lane instead of Rosewood Circle, Oakview Circle and Norwood
circle.
2. Adjustment of plat to reflect Block numbers.
3. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding
this project.
4. Vacation of Town Road on the northerly plat border.

frontage and adjustment of paving accordingly.
6. 7 -ton standard streets, in accordance with customary practices, within
the bounds of the plat.
7. Proof of fee title to land before plat is filed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth �, and upon vote being taken thereon the
