Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, bffiiiisota was held on the

Councilman Seibold introAuced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION #77-342
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "WESTMINSTER" FOR B -T LAND COMPANY
(A-717)
WHEREAS, B -T Land Company has requested approval of the final plat of "Westminster",
a plat for single family residential development consisting of 56 lots and one outlot
located west of West Medicine Lake Drive at 30th Avenue North and a development contract
therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of B -T Land Comv:iny
for final plat approval of "Westminster", a plat for single family residential develop-
ment consisting of 56 lots and one outlot, located west of West Medicine Lake Drive
at 30th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol vote in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth
