Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, NUiiesota was held on the
11th day of July , 19 77. The following members were

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-341
AUTHORIZING IMPROVEMENT OF JONQUIL LANE FROM 26TH AVENUE NORTH TO
WEST MEDICINE LAKE ROAD AND OPERATING PLANS AND SPECS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council, adopted the 20th day of June,
1977, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of
Jonquil Lane from 26th Avenue north to West Medicine Lake Road by the
construction of bituminous surface, sanitary sewer and watermain and all
necessary appurtenances,
AND, WHEREAS; ten days published notice of the hearing through two publi-
cations of the required notice was given and the hearing was held on the
11th day of July, 1977, at which time all persons desiring to be heard
were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council resolution adopted June 20, 1977.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is
hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications and shall
prepare a change order to the 1977 Street Projects for
this project.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted -in avorereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
