Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, saecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, mumesota was�Tie"ia on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-335
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING SCHMIDT LAKE ESTATES
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 20, 1977, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improve-
ment of the Schmidt Lake Estates Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on
June 27, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:

I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted June 20, 1977. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
3. ,The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve-
ment. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
