Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day of June 19 77. The following members were

C uncilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 330
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION
WHEREAS, A certai pet'Lion requesting the improvement of Juneau Lane and
Kingsview Lane north of 43rd Avenue by the construction of sanitary sewer,
watermain, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter together with
necessary appurtenances and the blacktopping of Juneau Lane north from
County Road 9 to Kingsview Lane has been filed with the Council on June 27,
1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the petition is hereby accepted and placed on
file with the City Engineer and he is instructed to review it along with
the 1978 to 1982 Five Year C.I.P.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
