RESOLUTION N77- 328
APPROVING BOND RELEASE FOR RING CONSTRUCTION FOR STEVENS-LEE BUILDING (A-561)
WHEREAS, Ring Construction has completed the landscaping as per the approved
landscape plan for the Stevens -Lee building located at the northeast cater of
County Road 6 and Xenium Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the .iry Staff has inspected said landscaping and recamemb release
of the landscape bo►3d;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF K"10M,
MINNESOTAthat it should, and hereby dors, Approve the relea" of ti@ 1
bond for 23,595 to Ring Construction for completion of landuspt work an 00
