Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, imnesota was held on the
27th day of June , 1977 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 327
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR CAROL PETERSON (A-740)
WHEREAS, Carol Peterson has requested a conditional use permit for a home occupation
to operate a Word Processing business (secretarial service) from her home at 10135-
29th Avenue North;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Carol Peterson for
a conditional use permit for a home occupation to operate a Word Processing business
(secretarial service) from her home at 10135 -29th Avenue North subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the terms of the definition of Home Occupation found in
the Zoning Ordinance.
2. No exterior signs be permitted.
3. Permit be for one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol g votedin aver t ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
