The following members were resent: H and 502th fb1lowing limimbers were t: ��... i7man Naile tN ftp AA11 Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION N77- 325 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR NEW HORIZONS FOR DAY CARE CENTER TO BE LOCATED IN OLD PARKER'S LAKE BAPTIST CHURCH (A-590) WHEREAS, New Horizons, Inc. has requested a conditional use permit to operate a day care center in the old Parker's Lake Baptist Church, located at the northeast corner of Niagara Lane and County Road 6; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said proposal and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the request of New Horizons, Inc. for a conditional use permit to operate a day care center in the old Parker's Lake Baptist Church, located at hte northeast corner of Niagara Lane and County Road 6 subject to the following conditions: 1. A site plan be submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council for review indicating the use of the parking lot and the proposed drop-off area for child- ren as well as other outdoor areas to be used by the operation. Said plan -shall reflect 27 ft. additional right-of-way along the entire County Road 6 frontage to be deeded to the City in the form of written easement. 2. Permit be for a period of one year for purposes of reviewing the progress and operation of the use. 3. Consolidation of Plat 43728, Parcel 6010 and Parcel 7010 to accompany site plan submission of #1 above. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Council,?n Hunt . and upon vote being taken thereon tbe. following w in avow ereof: Mayor Hilde, Counci1lmen Hunt, egbo d and Spaeth TWMIoving voted against or to one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
