Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon the
27th day of June , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 322
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CcM4INITY UNIT PROJECT
FOR CHELSEA WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION

WHEREAS, The Chelsea Woods Homeowners' Association has requested site plan approval
of a 912 sq. ft. structure to be used as a service building for their maintenance
base to be located at the northwest corner of County Road 6 and Yuma Lane and for
an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for the Community Unit Project for the
Chelsea Woods development;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the requests of the Chelsea Woods
Homeowners' Association for site plan approval of a 912 sq. ft. structure tc be used
as a service building for their maintenance base to be located at the northwest corner
of County Road 6 and Yuma Lane and for an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit
for the Community Unit Project for the Chelsea Woods development subject to the
following conditions:
All driveway surfaces shall be asphalt.
2. All utility hook-ups shall be approved by the City Engineer,
3. No on -street parking be allowed on Yuma Lane in front of the site.
4. No outside storage shall be permitted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follcwag voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth
