Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #71-321
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR METAL MASTERS, INC. AT SW QUADRANT OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AND
COUNTY ROAD 18 (A-741)
WHEREAS, Metal Masters has requested a site plan approval of a 2,500 sq. ft. -addition
to the existing 13,150 sq. ft. structure located in the southwest quadrant of County
Road 10 and County Road 18;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Metal Masters for
site plan approval of a 2,500 sq. ft. addition to the existing 13,150 sq. ft. structure
located in the southwest quadrant of County Road 10 and County Road 18 subject to the
following conditions:
. 1. Performance security per Zoning Ordinance requirements for site improve-
ments for a period of one year be given to the City prior to building
permit issuance.
2. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding
this project.
3. Prohibition of the outside storage of waste or waste containers.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
.
following voted in favor ereof: `favor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold
and h
owing voted against orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
