The following members were Present: Mayor ilde Hu manane s h The following ers wee ounc fff Mf fkA Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION #77-320 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY .(A-702) WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has requested site plan approval of a 475,000 sq. ft. structure to be located between County Road 47, County Road 10 and Interstate Highway 494 for office use; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Prudential Insurance Company for site plan approval of a 475,000 sq. ft. structure to be located between County Road 47, County Road 10 and Interstate Highway 494 for office use subject to the following conditions: I. Dedication by easement of the 120 ft. right-of-way for future County Road 61 10 as depicted on said plans. 2. Dedication by easement of the 40 ft. trail paralleling future County Road 61 as depicted on said plans and payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu based on site area sans land dedicated for road right-of-way, less the assessor's fair market value of the aforementioned trail easement as of the date of building permit issuance. 3. Provision of performance security for site improvements per Zoning Ordinance requirements for a period of two years. 4. Written easement dedication for 7 ft. additional road right-of-way for County Road 47 as it fronts the site and as aligned per the City's Thoroughfare Guide Plan. 5. Dedication by written easement of 50 ft. additional right-of-way maximum, tapering to 0 ft. on the east and west, south of the apex of the eastern most curve from I-494 of County Road 10 as aligned per the City's Thoroughfare Guide Plan, and per Exhibit A presented by petitioner and dated June 13, 1977. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byand upon vote being taken thereon, the followIng vote iiavor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
