R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-246
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING “N O P ARKING” R ESTRICTIONS FOR R OADWAYS
WITHIN THE P ERL G ARDENS D EVELOPMENT (2020-058)
WHEREAS, due to the approved street design used in this development and the need to permit
access for larger vehicles, including emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, the City Engineer has recommended that “No Parking” signs be placed at certain locations in the
Perl Gardens Development.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the installation of “No Parking” signs is authorized at the following locations in the
Perl Gardens Development:
1. The north side of 38th Place from County Road 101 to Queensland Lane,
2. The south side of 38th Place from County Road 101 to the west cul-de-sac,
3. The north side of Queensland Circle from 38th Place to 38th Place,
4. Both sides of Queensland Lane from Medina Road to the south cul-de-sac of Queensland
Lane.
