Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

l:ouncilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-317
AUTHORIZATION TO MAKE PAYMENT ON
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NUMBER 1 -
PROJECT - 1977 STREET WORK
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make
payment on Request for Payment No. 1, in the amount of $51,205.50
to N.D.H. Inc. for Project - 1977 Street work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote3-inwr- tTiereof: mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
