Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was a on the
20th day of June , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoptioon:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-315
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 & FINAL
PROJECT - SANITARY SEWER T.Y. INSPECTION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as Owner, and Solidification, Inc. as Contractor,
entered into an Agreement for the T.Y. inspection of certain sewer lines, and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the Final Request for Payment,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $7504.00; that Change Order No. 1
was approved in the amount of $1041.60 making a revised contract amount
of $8545.60 and that the value completed to date is $9,046.01.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for this Project and certified
to the Council by the Engineer as acceptable be and the same hereby is
accepted as of June 20, 1977. The contractor is hereby released from
the contract except as to the conditions of the Performance Bond, any
and all legal rights of the Owner, required guarantees and Correction
of Faulty Work after Final Payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 5 & Final in the amount of $1,233.81
to Solidification, Inc., T.V. Inspection of Certain Sewer Lines is
hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized
and directed to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
