Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re1 meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, eso*a was held on the
20th day of June 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-314
AUTHORIZATION TO MAKE PAYMENT ON
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 11 -
PROJECT NO. 607 BASS LAKE AREA
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 11 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderiik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 11, in the amount of $37,902.83 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project
No. 607, Bass Lake Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counc�il_man Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following ote�in aaVor�ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
