Seibold and Spaeth The following bers were a"sent: None ### ### ### Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its 3• option: RESOLUTION NO. 77- 313 APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR T.H. 101 CITY PROJECT NO. 506 S.P. 155-010-01 - T.H. 101 S.P. 27-606-04 - C.S.A.H. 6 WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Plymouth. Minnesota to participate in the cost of a construction project located on T.H. 101 and C.S.A.H. 6, WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department of Transportation and identified in its records as S.F. 15--010-01 and S.P. 27-606-04, and WHEREAS, said projects are to be funded under the FAU program, WHEREAS, the City has entered into an Agency Contract with the Commissioner of Transportation, and pursuant to M.S. 161.36 the City appointed the C6mnissioner its agent with respect to all federally funded projects. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Financial Director is hereby authorized to make a partial payment to the Commissioner of Transportation for T.H. 101/C.S.A.H. 6 construction (City Project No. 506) S.P. 155-010-01 and S.P. 27-606-04 in ,.he amount of $450,631.85. (Contract No. 16477) State Aid obligation = $343,491.04 Non -participating work (90% of $119,045.34) = $107,140.81 $450,631.85 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing vote is favor the Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth ane miaowing votes against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
