Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77-312
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1977 STREET PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. covering the installation of bituminous
and concrete curb and gutter for the Arrowood plat, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 1,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $11,408.00
to N.D.H, Inc. for the 1977 Street Projects is hereby approved and that
the revised contract amount is $422,565.65.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon,, the
