Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was�Ia on the
20th day of June , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-310
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT AS THE AGENT OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
IN THE SUBMITTING OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the State Legislature has provided for the reimbursement of costs
incurred by local municipalities for officers attending police school, and
WHEREAS, the law requires that an authorized agent of the City be appointed
to make application for such reimbursements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that James G. Willis, City Manager, be and the same is
hereby authorized to act as the agent for the City of Plymouth in the sub-
mitting of applications for the reimbursement of funds pursuant to State law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
