Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Mixviesota was held on the
20th day of June , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hi I de, ounci men Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and ;ADved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-308
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND
CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
JONQUIL LANE PROJECT NO. 713
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted May 16, 1977
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Jonquil Lane from 26th Avenue to West Medicine Lake Road
by the construction of bituminous street, and this report was received by
by the council on June 20, 1977.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Stats., Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398,
as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$3,588.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
11th day of July, 1977 in the council chambers of the Public Works
Building, 14900 23rd Avenue at 7:30 p.m., and the clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvment as required
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Q n ilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol ming voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
