Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was heW on the
20th day of June, 1977 . The following members were

The following members were absent: None
_ Counc n Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-306
PROJECT NO. 506
T.H. 101/CSAH 6
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken the improvements on T.H. 101 and CSAH 6,
S.P. 155-010-01, City Project No. 506, and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to perform some work not covered under the
contract, and therefore a Supplemental Agreement has been prepared,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following Supplemental Agreements are approved:
Supplemental Agreement No. 4 - pertaining to Type "D" sign,
indicated on the plans as "Sign Panel D-1" - additional cost
$1140.00. Federal participation requested.
Supplemental Agreement No. 5 - pertaining to applying oil for dust
control on 3rd Avenue and Queensland Lane which is used as a detour
route. Additional cost $410.00. Federal participation requested.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol voted in fawrthereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
