Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its son:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-305
PROVIDING INTERCONNECTED TRAFFIC SIGNALS
STREET LIGHTS AND SIGNING
AT T.H. 55 AT CSAR NO. 6 AND CSAH NO. 154
AND INTERCONNECT TO CSAH 73
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes,
to wit:
To provide interconnected traffic control signals with
street lights and signing on Trunk Highway No. 55 at
County State Aid Highway No. 6 and at County State Aid
Highway No. 154 and interconnect to County State Aid
Highway No. 73 in accordance with the terms and conditions
set forth and contained in Agreement No. 58642, a copy of
which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers hereby are authorized
to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for an on behalf of the City
all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
