Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was-Re-13—on- the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.,
RESOLUTION NO. 77-304
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED VACATION OF
TOWN ROAD ACROSS THE NORTH PART OF PARCEL 1801,
PLAT 43722, SECTION 22, RANGE 22, TOWNSHIP 118.
WHEAREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, B and T Land Company has petitioned the
City Council for vacation of the Old Town Road (approximately 30th Avenue North)
across the north side of Parcel 1801, Plat 43722, Section 22, Range 22, Township
118,
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of July 11, 1977 at
7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenkae North,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition, and directs the
administrative stiff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by TOLOMU ilm_i�Ngils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
