Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of June , 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Counci men Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-302
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
IN ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
SANITARY SEWER ON COUNTY ROAD 15
PROJECT NO. 714
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of County Road 15,
between Niagara Lane and approximately 600' west thereof, by
the construction of sanitary sewer main, services, restoration
and all necessary appurtenances filed with the Council on June 20,
1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage
of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made
in conformity to the Minnesota Statute Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
thus be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foi�own�ng vote m avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Dassed and adonted.
