Seibold and SRaeth The following mowers were sent: None RAA RAA AAR Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its t on: RESOLUTION #77-301 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR FLOYD PALM (A-744) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Floyd Palm by Resolution #77- ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation: 1. Addition 7 ft. of right-of-way for West Medicine Lake Drive be given to the City in the form o' written easement. 2. Driveway "turn -around" be established on Parcel B. 3. Setback variances as follows: A. Side yards (north and south) on "Parcel A" from 15 ft. to 10 ft. B. Side yard on "Parcel B" (south) from 15 ft. to 12 ft. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byWunrilm4p, and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol g vote in avor ereof: _ Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
